My niece hasn't put this down since her birthday, she carries it everywhere and calls it her squirrel friend. The leather is genuinely soft, not stiff like I worried it'd be, and it's held up fine with a four-year-old tossing it around.
The leather feels genuinely soft and well made, not at all plasticky like other little purses we've tried. My four-year-old carries her "treasures" in it everywhere, and the fluffy squirrel face on the front is what sold her.
The leather feels genuinely nice and the squirrel face is cute, but the strap is quite short so my daughter can only wear it crossbody. For the price I expected a bit more room inside too.
